Systemic coach and facilitator, political scientist and founder with vast experience at the intersection of academia, diversity and international collaboration.

  • Systemic coach (500h, accredited by Systemische Gesellschaft, Germany) & trainer
  • Co-founder of sistemica GbR
  • Regular training in systemic methods and diversity approaches, leadership issues, and digital collaboration.


I have many years of experience in coordinating and leading roles at the interface of academia and international collaboration (Humboldt University Berlin & German Academic Exchange Service Nairobi, among others).


I know what it is like to be employed in the public sector, in NGOs and in international collaboration - and as a freelancer.


I know what it means to change your location of living and working - within and outside Europe.
