Individual Career Coaching online

Would you like a one-to-one coaching to work individually on the questions that trouble you with regard to your professional future or present situation?

In an individual coaching, I stand by your side 1-on-1. We will find out what exactly you want to change in your career or professional context and how you can put your new goal into practice step by step.

Along the way, we look at your needs, strengths, experiences and networks and work out strategies for dealing with obstacles.

How is the procedure?

• In a free discovery call we get to know each other, look at your concerns and discuss the overall conditions.
• The number and frequency of coaching sessions depends on your goals and preferences. One session lasts about 60 minutes.
  
• I will coach you in English or German - remotely via video, phone or email.
  
• Coaching funded by the AVGS voucher of the German Arbeitsagentur or Jobcenter is possible.

Group Career Coaching online - Mastermind Group

Are you looking to embark on change together with people in a similar situation? Do you wish for an inspiring sounding board to finally get started?

In the Mastermind group, you will tackle your professional future together with a small group of peers. You support each other with ideas, perspectives, experiences and contacts. The concept is based on the idea of Barbara Sher's success teams.

As your facilitator, I will enable you to work effectively and I will support you with my expertise in career development. This will help you develop new energy and take concrete steps towards realising your goal.

Meeting 1: Info session & Kick-Off (non-binding & free of charge)

• Feedback on the progress of your own project

Team Coaching and Facilitation online - INQA Coaching available

I will gladly stand by your and your team's side as part of your team development activities, process facilitation or supervision needs - with a respectful and clear approach. I provide you with a productive framework for structured team dialogue on current topics, for a focused resolution of challenges and for the creative development of new common perspectives.

As a small or medium-sized enterprise in Germany, you may be eligible to receive funding for up to 80% of the costs of my support in an organizational development process through the INQA program. I am an authorized INQA Coach. INQA-Coaching helps organizations develop tailored solutions to their transformation needs related to digitalization using agile methods. The program is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus.
